Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. How to Return: 1. Email support@nursesarahs.com with your order number 2. We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions 3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic products or products showing signs of use. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
